| What is the First Class Finish? |
| It is our lease-end process that is specifically designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible. The First Class Finish lets you cruise effortlessly through the lease-end process. |

| What choices will I have at the end of my lease? |
- Your final obligation concludes with the return of your vehicle to any authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer and payment of any amounts due under the terms of your lease contract.
- You may purchase the vehicle or finance the purchase option price with Mercedes- Benz Financial, subject to credit approval.
- You may extend The First Class Lease up to 12 more months, subject to credit approval.
- Regardless of your lease end decision, plan to contact Mercedes-Benz Financial at 1-800-873-5471 two months prior to the end of your lease so we can arrange a review and inspection. You'll also need to fill out an odometer statement upon the return of the vehicle. |

| Early termination of your lease is the most expensive and least flexible alternative. Contact your Mercedes-Benz Dealer or the Mercedes-Benz Financial Client Service Center at 1-800-654-6222 weekdays from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m., Eastern to discuss this option. |

| What is The Credit Card Test? |
| Most vehicle damage happens to the exterior or interior fabric and trim. At Mercedes-Benz Financial, we've created a simple, yet comprehensive way to evaluate when such wear and use becomes damage. Basically, if the damage can be hidden with a credit card, it passes the test and is not chargeable damage. Guidelines for tires, glass and a few others are equally innovative and fair. Three months before your lease ends, we'll send you The First Class Finish - Your Lease-End Guide, which explains the entire process in detail. |

| How do I know what I will need to repair? |
| Before you return your vehicle, take a few minutes to review this list. Any item with a "no" may result in charges if not repaired prior to return. |

- Is your vehicle free of interior and exterior damage?

- Is your car free of holes to the sheet metal and frame? |

- Are all of your tires the same size?

- Are all your wheels matching and in good condition (not cracked or broken)? |
